6:00 pm to 6:10 pm – Welcome, Brief Q&A
– Random drawing of 3 presenters
6:10 pm to 6:20 pm Presenter #1 (5 min presentation & 5 min Q&A)
6:20 pm to 6:30 pmPresenter #2 (5 min presentation & 5 min Q&A)
6:30 pm to 6:40 pmPresenter #3 (5 min presentation & 5 min Q&A)
6:40 pm to 6:50 pmVotes cast, collected and counted
6:40 pm to 6:50 pmPresentation by non-profit agency that received our previous quarter’s group donation
6:50 pm to 7:00 pm– Announcement of this quarter’s recipient
– Check writing and collection
– Wrap Up

Feel free to arrive anytime between 5:30-6:00pm for pre-meeting socializing and light snacks. It’s also a good idea to arrive early if you’re a new member or are a member who plans to put your name in the hat to make a pitch for a charity. If you plan to pitch, please complete the Charity Pre-Qualification Form ahead of time.
