Feel free to arrive anytime between 5:30-6:00pm for pre-meeting socializing and light snacks. It’s also a good idea to arrive early if you’re a new member or are a member who plans to put your name in the hat to make a pitch for a charity. If you don’t know where Wesley Hall is in the First United Methodist Church, don’t worry, we’ll have direction signs posted.
UPDATE: We long for face-to-face meetings. However, due to COVID restrictions we are currently meeting via Zoom. Our online meetings follow the same flow, but with voting done via a Zoom poll. Checks can’t be collected via Zoom, so they are mailed to the Steering Team Lead or donations are made online.
